This blog is to let you know what I’m up to in Amsterdam over the next year, though it has a side issue as my soapbox, or thought-dispenser.
So, what am I doing in Amsterdam? I’m volunteering in 5 different projects throughout the city, doing all sorts of work. Throughout the week I work with homeless people, drug addicts, children from deprived areas, and with the Seaman’s Mission in the port.
I live with seven other volunteers from Britain, The Netherlands, Germany and Hungary, who are also on the same programme.
